Incredible Diagnostics

Advanced diagnostic technologies not only let us see the shape of your cornea, lens, and retina—they actually help us “see” what you see, based on your unique biology. Then we can physiology match the right procedures to help you see with more clarity and precision.

A wide range of Correction technologies

LASIK, which reshapes the cornea, is the most well-known correction procedure, and it delivers terrific results for many, many people. But it is just one of several types of vision technologies offered at Siepser Eyecare.

With today’s advanced technologies and decades of experience, Dr. Siepser can address a multitude of eye conditions.

Advance Dry Eye Treatment

MiBoFlo therapy is available at the Siepser Eyecare Dry Eye Clinic to treat patients experiencing occluded meibomian glands contributing to evaporative dry eye. The device delivers consistent emissive heat to the meibomian glandular structure. Thickened lipid secretions are liquified through a combination of heat and gentle ocular massage on the outer eye lids. Improved lipid secretions allow for the restoration of a more functional tear film. Evaporative dry eye is the leading cause of dry eye. Improving meibomian gland function is a mainstay of modern therapy. MiBoFlo is a treatment modality designed to address obstructed meibomian glands and foster superior lipid health and function. MiBoFlo is comfortable, effective, convenient, and affordable.

Advanced Diagnostics

Siepser Eyecare uses the most advance diagnostic equipment to identify the best options for patient care. The Acutarget is an instrument based on the double-pass technique that provides an objective clinical evaluation of the optical quality of the eye. HD Analyzer™ images contain all the information about the optical quality of the eye, including high order aberrations and diffuse light, which are not usually taken into account by most aberrometric techniques. Some of the most promising areas of application for the HD Analyzer™ is cataract detection and classification, refractive surgery such as LASIK, or the evaluation of the pseudoaccommodation and analysis of the degradation of the tear film over time. These measures are useful tools for the study of presbyopia , dry-eye syndrome, Wavescan, Orbcan, Hiney Retinometer, Optotechenik, OCT-, Acutarget .

At Siepser Eyecare, we believe that in order to provide our patients with the best care,We need to set aside time to evaluate your individual eye needs, nothing can be “one size fits all”. We don’t standardize care or rush as many patients through our practice as possible, because we believe there is still a place in eye care for a team you can trust to handle your case with a familiar, personal touch.
